Each game consists of three rounds and covers topics related to pop culture and science fiction. At the conclusion of the (mostly) friendly competition, the winning team earns bragging rights, a spot on the Geeks Who Drink leaderboard and prizes befitting self-proclaimed trivia geeks.

British model-turned-TV personality Alexa Chung hosts this one-hour weekday entertainment show, which in effect replaces the former MTV stalwart "Total Request Live." Chung, though, doesn't recite a countdown; instead, she leads a loose talk show format inspired by late-night programming, with a heavy focus on audience participation through a collaboration with Facebook and Twitter. There is also live performances, whether they be from the hottest music stars or the latest YouTube sensations displaying their singing, dancing or other off-the-wall talents.
